Pre-registration is required for all classes.

All students for in-person classes must be vaccinated.

All Levels: a class to explore your body, mind, and spirit and take your understanding deeper.

Mondays 7:00 - 8:15 PM with Jane [in-person] [Email: jane@janestricklandyoga.com]

Level I: a class to reduce stress, build mind-body awareness, and increase strength and flexibility. 

Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:45 AM with Margaret [in-person] [Email: Mkyogarose@gmail.com]

All Levels: a class to experience the full spectrum of asanas (poses) while being at your own “edge,” and with assistance to bring you a feeling of safety in your practice. 

Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:15 p m with Jane [virtual] [Email: jane@janestricklandyoga.com]

Gentle: a class for health and wellness to stretch, strengthen and soothe that can benefit everyone, including beginners.

Thursdays 9:30 - 10:45 am with Margaret  [in-person] [Email: Mkyogarose@gmail.com]
