Yoga Classes

 
 

Group Classes Classes are taught with intention and awareness to help you achieve personal transformation. All are welcome. Cost for class is $15 payable by cash, check, venmo [Jane], zelle [Jane] or $15.75 if paid by credit card. Classes are 75 minutes. 

Private Classes Margaret and Jane both offer private lessons. Private lessons are adapted to your individual needs. They are great for a beginner to increase understanding of yoga postures as well as those seeking to improve strength and flexibility. Classes range from 60 to 90 minutes. 

Pre-registration is required for all classes.

What to Bring

Please bring your own mat, blanket, blocks (2) and a strap. Mats and other props will not be available at the studio.

 Wear comfortable clothes!
